Opticom knows from 20 years experience in market research that the output of a study is heavily dependent on the actual implementation of actions within the organisation. Therefore, we offer a workshop to kick off the implementation phase and create a concrete action plan based on the study.
To involve key people in transforming the result into actions is a key success factor when carrying out research.
In the workshop, we are using the results from the study to create an overall action plan with clear objectives on how to further act upon the results. This overall plan can be broken down on different levels depending on the types of actions or target groups that are identified.
