At Opticom, sustainability has been a core value since our foundation in 1987. As we guide our clients through their most pressing sustainability challenges, we believe in leading by example. For the third consecutive time, we have been certified by EcoVadis, earning the Silver Medal (Top 15%) while continuously improving our scores.

Our approach to sustainability goes beyond certifications. We foster diversity and inclusion across the organization, ensuring every employee is valued and respected. With over 60 employees from 28 different nationalities, we aim to be a benchmark for a truly diverse work environment. By recruiting top talent from all backgrounds, we empower individuals to succeed and contribute to our collective mission.
Our environmental efforts extend beyond our workforce. Since 2019, we have continuously reduced our absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions, with all employees commuting to work by public transport or bicycle.
Moreover, we invest in local communities by participating in charity events and dedicate resources to impactful initiatives each year.
